The open gate is just over the road from our house, part of a local farmer's land.
It shows the animals have been moved to another of his fields.
The weather forecast said everywhere was going to be warm and sunny except the North East Coast which is precisely where we are so I will be watching the skies very carefully.
Today the weather is very pleasant, not too hot and there is a lovely cool breeze....ideal as I am tidying up my study and having a re-organisation. Many I know are moving and sorting and it has made me realise I need to sort out a few bits around the house.
I received a filing cabinet from Freecycle so this will bring about great changes, for the better in my study!
One day I just may show you my study, after it's re-decoration, but dont hold your breath! lol it may be a while.

Great shot. Open gates are irresistable to me.
That shot looks like something out of a fairy tale. It has been cool here, but expected to heat up starting today and even worse tomorrow. I do love Freecycle. When Hubby and I combined homes, we cleared out a lot by posting unneeded items.
What a lush green! It looks like all that rain has a positive result even if it does cut into your motorcycle days.
The open gate is very inviting and the touches of pink in the sky are so pretty!
Aloha Denise,
I was going to say when you lost your side bar, that Mr Dan hack blogger, take it over and make you supreme ruler!! but thanks to the devine, all is good again I see.
Love the pickie.. :)

THAT LOOKS A VERY BEAUTIFUL VIEW TO HAVE JUST OVER THE ROAD :)
That kind of sky looks vaguely familiar :-) Might be that I have the same one outside right now?
Have nice week-end and don't send to much water over the North sea. We plan on picking berries.
Very beautiful :-)
Isn't it pleasing to know that this scene is within easy reach. i like the open gate, looks like you are inviting us all in. You would as well wouldn't you.
That's a most lovable view, thanks for sharing. :D
That's a lovely shot. It's inviting an lonely at the sametime. I like it.
Good luck filling that cabinet. You remind me it's time to get organized....
Simply divine photograph!

Beautiful pastoral scene! The subtle colors in the sky, grass and stone wall really show when this one is enlarged.
Great scene.

Wonderful green grass. I do miss that -- but not the rain - 'tho I wouldn't mind a little once in a while. We are never satisfied are we.
